Where is Central Receiving & Stores located?
• We are located in Mellon Hall Rm. B-12

How soon after ordering can I expect to receive my Stores order?
• Deliveries can be expected within 8 working hours.

Are the prices I receive on my on-line requisition accurate?
• Prices may vary slightly at times, but for the most part they are exact.

What time does UPS arrive on campus?
• UPS arrives daily at receiving by 10:30am.

If I give you the tracking number, can you find my package?
• Yes, or you can search on your own using the tracking link at the central stores home page.

Where do I get the shipping form for UPS?
• General Stores provide the form used for UPS shipments free of charge, simply drop by or let us know where to send them.

Can I just leave my bulk mailing at our mailroom for pickup?
• Yes, but advance notice needs to be given in order for us to prepare for the pickup, such as bringing a dolly or cart and to allow extra time so as not to interfere with the mail schedule.
